The corporal and spiritual works of mercy are explained in the teachings of Jesus. They give us a model and show us ways to take action to help our neighbors in their bodily and spiritual needs. Students at Saint Francis Cabrini participate in service projects and prayer for others in frequent and various ways. Providing food and hygiene products for the homeless, visits to the elderly in community care facilities, canned food drives for local food banks and material assistance for the local crisis pregnancy center are tangible ways that our students reach out with acts of mercy each school year.
